Mike is a certified personal trainer who enjoys working with clients of all ages and abilities. He will work with you to design a program to help you meet your specific goals. Mike believes in a positive approach to training and life. Exercise and good nutrition are the foundation of a healthy life. He works closely with each individual to reach your health goals so you are prepared for the other challenges life may bring. One of the most important things as a trainer is helping someone learn proper health and fitness techniques and how to incorporate exercise into daily life. Mike looks forward to helping you no matter how big or small your goals are.
- I'm Desiree a massage therapist/yoga teacher. Yoga has been a part of my life for over 10 years. I went to my first yoga class to help stretch and recover from running. I never expected how it would make me feel. Not only did I feel good physically but mentally after that class. I was instantly drawn to the serenity,grace, strength and overall centering of yoga after that it became a practice for me. Through many changes and difficulties in my life going to my mat has always kept me grounded. Yoga gives me the tools to handle life off the mat and my hope is that it will do the same for you. I have been fortunate to work with amazing teachers. In my classes,I love to create creative sequences and I seek to help others thrive in life by nurturing body,mind and soul with yoga. I was inspired by my yoga teacher who was also a massage therapist to continue my journey into bodywork. My passion is sports and therapeutic massage helping my clients with chronic pain, healing from injury and recovering faster to allow them to be more active or have better performance in their life. Yoga and Massage are synergistic to incorporate in your treatment plan to enhance a feeling of overall wellbeing. The body and mind connection is fascinating and complex.
- I have completed 540 hours of Massage Therapy in Greenville SC LMT# 10775,Certified Specialty Sports Massage through AMTA & NCBTMB and a Member of Associated Bodywork & Massage Professional. I have completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training and I am registered with Yoga Alliance.
